Bill was born in Duluth, on April 13, 1940, to Vance and Faith (Schuman). Bill married his teenage sweetheart Kay in 1964, they raised four children. He had many jobs over the years. He was an athlete, gospel singer and writer who inspired people to be closer to God.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Vance; and sister, Charlene.
Bill is survived by, loving wife, Kay; children, Kim Bushey, Paula Johnson, Curt Bushey, Douglas (Gizell) Bushey; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; friend, Jim; cousin, Larry; many, cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to Duluth Gospel Tabernacle.
The Funeral service will be 11AM, Saturday, September 4, 2021, with visitation one-hour prior at the Duluth Gospel Tabernacle, 1515 W Superior St, Duluth, MN 55806.
