Construction on a bitiminous overlay over concrete on I-35 in Duluth will begin on Monday. The work zone is located between .5 mi south of Boundary Ave and 63rd Avenue West, and work will occur on both northbound and southbound I-35.
Work will be occurring at night between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. Motorists should expect lane closures and delays. Temporary ramp closures will require a detour during work hours. Construction is expected to be complete on September 17.
