DEDA meets to consider options for vacant Lot D

DULUTH — Duluth Economic Development Authority board members and city staff held a special meeting at noon Monday at the vacant Lot D in the Bayfront District. Consultants are recommending that the city develop a Request for Information for the lot, which has sat vacant for 26 years.

The purpose of the RFI would be to gain familiarity with the current market (housing and commercial) and prospective developers that may be interested in partnering with the City of Duluth to develop Lot D.
